What we fix
Every fabric.
One workshop.
Most repairers do one thing. We do all of it, under one roof, and we service the machines too. If it's made of fabric, it comes through the same door.

Tailoring & Alterations
Turn-ups, hems, zips, taking in and letting out, waistbands, buttons and linings. The everyday work that makes clothes fit and last, and the jobs that come through our door most. Most are back with you inside the week.

Bike Leathers & Leather
Rips, zips, hems, buttons, resizing and alterations, on everything from workwear to a fur coat that needs sorting the week before the ball. Leather is a speciality: motorcycle leathers, Kevlar jeans, jackets and seats, repaired by people who ride themselves.
Not local? Post it in. One customer sent bike trousers from Derby on a Friday and had them back Monday.

Marine & Canopies
Repairs to wetsuits, drysuits, dive gear and sailing wear, plus sails, covers, canopies and marine upholstery. Sean made drysuits for commercial divers, where a seam has to hold at depth, so your kit is in properly safe hands.

Auto Trim
Leather car seats, motorcycle seats, caravan and campervan seating and interior trim, repaired and revitalised rather than replaced. A split seam or worn bolster is usually a straightforward fix at a fraction of replacement cost.

Upholstery & Soft Furnishings
Chairs, sofas, cushions and soft furnishings, all makes, styles and fabrics including leather. From re-covering the chair your granddad sat in to caravan seating and trade work for local businesses.

Carpet Whipping & Edging
Bring us your carpet off-cuts and we'll whip or edge them into proper rugs and runners. Quick, tidy and much cheaper than buying new. We handle trade volume too; local flooring firms use us regularly.

Design & Manufacture
One-offs and short runs made from scratch to your specification: covers, bags, kit and textile products for work or play. Bring the idea, a sketch or the thing you want copied, and we'll design it, pattern it and make it in the right fabric for the job.

Sewing Machines
Sales, servicing, repairs and parts for sewing machines, industrial and domestic. Sean served his apprenticeship as a sewing machine engineer, so your machine is being looked at by someone who actually trained on them.
